1. How long does shipping take?

Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 14–31 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive (14–31 business days) and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Can I return an item?

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible. You can track your package using the tracking number on our Track Your Order page.
5. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is dispatched.
6. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us on our Get in Touch With Us page with your full name and the email address used at checkout.
7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. We can only update the address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to reroute packages.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
9. Are your products hypoallergenic or safe for sensitive skin?
Most of our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic materials. Product details will specify the metal or material used. Please reach out if you have specific allergy concerns.
10. My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping and custom notes at checkout for a small additional fee. It's perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion.
